Giveaway! Real - The Canadian Kids' Magazine

Did you know Canada.. Real is a Canadian children’s literary magazine, filled with beautiful illustrations and stunning photographs. The captivating visual imagery accompanies fascinating articles, stories, poems, folktales, jokes, riddles, puzzles, and much more.


My boys and I we lucky enough to receive a copy of both the Elementary edition for children aged 4 to 8, and the Junior edition for kids aged 9 to 13. The magazines contained stories, fantastic photos, songs, brain teasers and more. With the content being aimed at Canadian Kids everything was easy to understand and relate to, the boys were learning part of our own history and learning about locations in Canada such as Alberta and New Brunswick. This is exactly what I want for my boys - stories and information about our own country and our own history.




The title – Real – stands for Read Everything And Learn. The world is a fascinating place, filled with mysteries and wonders just waiting to be discovered by curious, young minds. Learning is the natural result of the process of discovery – and learning fueled by curiosity is just plain fun!

I am very pleased to know Real is available for my boys, they will be great educational tools and useful for school projects in the future.

    this is the first time I have heard of this mag. my boys are 7 and 10. The D.E.A.R. proramme at their school is Drop Everything And Read..this would be great with a magazine to read.
