Did you know Canada.. in 2010 Organika celebrated 20 years of being a proudly Canadian, privately owner and operated company. We've recently been trying out one of Organika new products: Instant C - a once a day effervescent tablet that delivers 1000 mg of Vitamin C. We all know that Vitamin C has huge health benefits - it helps your body to metabolize fats and proteins, development and maintenance of bones, cartilage, teeth and gums and a potent antioxidant for the maintenance of your health.

At first I was a little hesitant of an effervescent tablet, I've been used to choking down pills for some vitamins, enjoying the gummy ones for others, but I've never drank my vitamins up until now. It was actually kind of fun and really did have a great orange taste! I was surprised, it really felt like you were really getting it too you know, when you pop a pill you sometimes wonder how it actually works in there, but this felt like it was something that was going to work. I highly recommend it, especially for those that have trouble swallowing pills, this is fantastic!
