Did you know Canada.. whenever I think about fiber I think oh, that's for old people, but that's not true. Fiber provides a whole host of health benefits including:

I was impressed with both, they mix easily and came with a shaker cup so you can have it "shaken, not stirred". I'm always concerned about drinks like this being grainy but they weren't at all. The Konsyl Balance had a great orange taste - very light, not that fake taste I sometimes associate with these kinds of things.
